First Read this Important Information:

1.  When you click the link below, you will be taken to a small group signup page where groups will be listed that you may choose from by location, group type, and more. 

2.  When you find the group that works for you, click on the button that says "Email Group Leader." A window will open, type your email, name, and phone number where required.  Type a note if you want to ask a question, etc; press SEND at the bottom of the page.  The Group leader will contact you. 

3.  If you can't find a group you like, select the choice "Find me a group" and an email window will open for you to type name, email and phone number.  Also type day of week and time you prefer; press SEND and we will contact you.
